A MAN accused of altering an old railway ticket so he could travel for free is to appear at court on September 19.
Tim Cadman, of Warwick Road, Blackburn, is charged with altering a ticket to defraud an operator on February 25, this year. He will appear before Hyndburn magistrates where witness statements will be given.
