A BURNLEY woman is to be sentenced at Blackburn Magistrates' Court for beating Elliot Smith, and destroying his designer T-shirt.
Victoria Hosker, 28, of St Leonard’s Street, was granted bail until August 1, after being found guilty of assault, and criminal damage to a Lacoste T-shirt, worth £40.
