Cocktail bar plans
A DECISION on whether to grant a new cocktail bar and restaurant a licence will be made this Friday, by Ribble Valley Borough Council’s Licensing Sub Committee.
It comes after several representations have been made against proposals to open an entertainment venue in King Street.
