THE Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition which has run Pendle Council for the past two years looks set to continue.
An all-party executive was suggested by Coun Tony Greaves but it is understood Labour has dismissed the call.
Joe Cooney, Pendle Council’s leader, has been re-elected unopposed to head up the borough’s Conservative group and Coun Paul White was selected deputy leader.
