A BOROUGH councillor in Ramsbottom has thanked voters, and his family, after being elected for a second term.
Conservative Ian Bevan was a convincing winner as he was re-elected for the town’s seat on Bury Council.
He has paid tribute to his family, the electorate, and his support team, especially Coun Rob Hodkinson.
Coun Bevan said: ““I would also like to thank my opponents for a hard-fought and good-natured campaign.
“You know, being independent-minded, that I will always put Ramsbottom first.”
