SCOUTS are being urged to make their voices heard when the movement’s leading lights get together.
Mytton Fold Hotel in Langho will be hosting the area’s first ‘Speak Up’ event on June 22, from 10pm to 3pm, it has been announced.
The morning session will feature round-table discussions between young people and leaders on the issues most affecting scouts.
And the afternoon will see Hyndburn and Haslingden MP Graham Jones and East Lancashire Scouts County Commissioner Glen Fendall take part in a Question Time-style debate.
