BEHZAD Ali, 28, of Belvedere Road, Burnley, was fined £250 by Pennine magistrates after he admitted to unlawfully damaging a police radio and stab vest worth around £1,000, and resisting arrest, on February 10. A police assault charge, which he denied, was dismissed.
