GARY John Halstead, 51, of Palace Street, Burnley, has been given a six-month community order and ordered to attend Lancashire Safer Relationships course, with a £50 fine and £85 costs, by Pennine magistrates, after admitting to assaulting Karen Halstead on May 15.
