AN old mill in Great Harwood is set to be flattened.

Albert Mill, in St Cuthbert’s Street, was once a weaving shed, but will be demolished at the start of June.

A local firm, Stanley Brothers Tippers, in Spring Court, will be carrying out the work.

Work will be carried out between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and between 8am and 1pm on Saturday.
