A PENDLE developer has secured planning permission for the first phase of a new business park.

Pendle Projects, based in Kelbrook, has teamed up with Russells Construction in Manchester, to create a £15million high tech business park in Baildon, near Bradford.

Precision engineering firm Produmax have announced they will be one of the first firms to relocate to the park.

Mark Taylforth, from Pendle Russells, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Produmax to the Baildon Business Park and look forward to seeing production start from the new facility.

“It’s very satisfying to have signed up the first occupier.”
