Prince Harry is stepping down as chief impact officer at mental health firm BetterUp.
The Duke of Sussex, 42, joined the company in 2021 and will now take on a new role as senior advisor following his recent move back to the UK with his family.
Alexi Robichaux, CEO and co-founder of BetterUp, said: "For the past five years, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, has been BetterUp’s Chief Impact Officer.
"From our first conversation, my co-founder, Eddie Medina, and I were impressed by his adept understanding of the power of coaching, and he championed our belief that coaching should be available to people everywhere.
"When he joined us, he was one of the most prominent voices making the case for mental fitness."
Mr Robichaux said Prince Harry’s time on the leadership team marked an "impactful chapter of growth for our company" and that BetterUp "expanded into 30+ additional countries."
He said: "After five incredible years together, Prince Harry will transition from his role as Chief Impact Officer to become a Senior Advisor to BetterUp.
"In this new capacity, he will focus on key projects with some of our largest enterprise customers, working alongside our team and the leaders we partner with.
"The move also gives him more time to grow his portfolio of investments, pursue new business opportunities, and continue his support of philanthropic causes close to his heart."
Despite the change in his role, BetterUp will continue to work with the Invictus Games Foundation.
Mr Robichaux said: "Our partnership with the Invictus Games Foundation continues, and with Harry, we’ll keep supporting veterans as they strengthen their resilience and reach their goals in recovery and growth.
"Harry, thank you for what you’ve helped build here.
"I’m glad we get to keep doing this work together in this new capacity."
Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, moved to North America in 2020 after stepping down as senior royals.
