Robbie Williams is said to have led a singalong at Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding party where guests tucked into gourmet pizza.

The couple sealed their union with two kisses on the steps of St George’s Chapel following their wedding ceremony on Friday, before gathering at an afternoon reception in Windsor Castle and then enjoying an evening bash at the York family home Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.

After watching his daughter Theodora, known as Teddy, perform bridesmaid duties at the wedding service, Williams is believed to have been joined by the crowd in singing famous songs including his own hit Angels on Friday night.

Eugenie, who is ninth in line to the throne, and Mr Brooksbank said their vows in front of a star-studded congregation of 800 people.

Watching in the historic 15th-century chapel of the castle were the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, and more than 40 other members of the Royal Family including the Prince of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Celebrities in attendance included Hollywood actresses Liv Tyler and Demi Moore, supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, singers Ricky Martin, Ellie Goulding and James Blunt, broadcaster Stephen Fry and artist Tracey Emin.

Eugenie’s sophisticated dress, which featured wide fold-over shoulders, a low back and full-flowing train, was by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, while she wore the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara loaned to her by her grandmother.

After the ceremony, the happy couple waved to well-wishers during a carriage procession through Windsor, before heading to their afternoon reception hosted by the Queen.

Later, Mr Brooksbank drove Eugenie away from Windsor Castle in style, wowing his new bride with a silver DB10 Aston Martin sports car.

The Duke of York was said to have given a traditional father-of-the-bride speech, and reportedly teased his new son-in-law with a joke about the family dog.

Several celebrities posted on social media following the celebrations, with comedian Jack Whitehall joking that he had been forced to sit next to “low-rent footballer” Jamie Redknapp.

He added on Instagram: “An incredible day, seeing two of the kindest and most lovely people in the world tie the knot. Wish them a very happy life together. Congrats Jack and Euge!!”

The Royal Family expressed gratitude to all those who enjoyed the wedding, saying on the official Twitter account: “Thank you to everyone for watching and joining in with the #RoyalWedding celebrations – Congratulations once again to the happy couple!”
