Whitebirk retail Park is in need of serious redevelopment (‘Jack Straw ’s concern on Whitebirk retail park’, LT, July 27. Either give the permission or tell them to close the park down and build something else there!
That is the first thing you see when entering Blackburn, and it looks like a disgrace!
