DOES the BBC think we are all thick as bricks?Having foisted an enormous TV licence fee increase on us it moans it really wanted an even larger one.
The psychology being that it is really doing us a favour by settling for less and saving us money.
It's an old spin' trick which is an insult to our intelligence.
