WILL somebody tell me why people feed pigeons? They are vermin (my mum used to call them flying rats).
Where I live, the pigeons sit on my roof until they see people putting food down.
We then have problems with pigeon droppings and other waste in our gutters, which become blocked and overflow.
There is a national problem with rats, and feeding pigeons could be adding to this.
If people want to feed pigeons, why don't they feed them where THEY live, instead of in public places?
