Where are the cutbacks?
One million pounds to police a march, then a royal visit. How much for that?
This is not my idea of cutbacks.
Who is responsible for these outrages? Some councillor, I presume.
Fill in the holes in the roads, stand back and have a proper look.
The town is a scruffy and filthy place.
