Businesses in the North West are some of the most forward-thinking in the country when it comes to technology.
Rather than looking at how it can help save them money, these business leaders are instead focusing on how technology can help them get ahead of the competition.
We carried out a recent study which showed that 12 per cent of businesses said that savvy IT investment had enabled them to become more responsive.
And a further 22 per cent highlighted how it had helped them adapt to changing market conditions.
Whilst it would be easy for businesses in austere times to focus only on making savings, companies across the North West should be congratulated for their desire to continue trailblazing.
It’s this innovation and creativity that ensures they can continue to build brand loyalty, enhance customer service and challenge the status quo.
As one of the most vibrant economies in the UK, businesses in the North West have a lot to look forward to in 2011!
