A BIG thank you to the Pavilion in Witton Park, Blackburn, during Arts in the Park.
The pavilion did not take advantage of the crowds and up its prices but kept the same prices, the same as always.
Great chips for £1 and children's lollies for 50p.
Not a rip-off £2 plus for chips and £1.50 for a lemonade ice lolly as others were charging.
