HATS off to Blackburn with Darwen Council for an absolute superb weekend at Arts in the Park.
The entire weekend was absolutely first class from start to end.
Two full days of solid entertainment, all free of charge.
I'm looking forward to Arts in the Park 2007 already.
It can't come quick enough.
Also a word of praise for the police who, in my opinion, policed the event with good common sense, whilst making sure the law was upheld.
Once again, hats off to the council and the police. Well done.
