A WHILE ago I wrote, a little tongue in cheek, urging mobile phone users to desist from using their phone while walking in the street.
Having just been forced to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a youth meandering across a main road while on his phone, oblivious of traffic, Iām now repeating my plea ā seriously.
