NO way will I be buying lottery tickets when I read that Manchester United FC, who aren't exactly poor, and a Manchester law firm are to receive thousands of pounds of lottery money to keep their staff healthy, ie by providing gym workouts and the like.
Why should the general public fork out for them? It's their own fault if these people aren't healthy, perhaps they should change their lifestyles.
Lottery money should go to the NHS, education and police and to anyone else in dire straits through no fault of their own.
Talk about misappropriation of people's cash.
