I WAS horrified to read about the rape of a child in Great Harwood.
The fact that the offender had previously been charged with raping another child in St Helens and then released on bail by a judge made it even more horrific.
Even more amazing, in the same Lancashire Telegraph, two brothers charged with stealing a bike from a shed were remanded in custody!
What planet are these judges on?
