Perhaps Coun Alan Cottam could explain what would happen if we did, as he suggests, clear the pavements of snow ourselves.
If anyone such as a postman slips and injures themselves, could we be sued?
Can Mr Cottam confirm if he actually clears his own pavements, and if so, can he be sure he wouldn’t be sued?
