If treason is still on the statute book, why is it no longer used? Is it because it carries the death penalty?
The trial of eight young men on charges of terrorism, highlights this issue.
If these British men, irrespective of their religion or beliefs, have British passports, and yet profess to be at war with the UK and the West, why have they not been charged with treason?
