A BUS company called Coastlinks Express operates from Blackburn Boulevard. Buses arrive approximately 10.15am most days. Queues start to form from 9.30am. But when a bus comes in, those at the back of the queue turn round and get on the bus first because the bus has not pulled in at the front of the queue (sometimes it can't). Recently my friend was stranded along with other people because of these ill-mannered people. Many are pensioners who should know better. I also lay blame on the owners of the bus company who should not be allowing this to happen.
I spoke to the bus company but it blames the passengers. But the bus driver should organise loading of his/her passengers and this queue jumping should not be taking place.
After all people are patronising your business, so please treat them with a little more respect.
