RE the recent family gala in Sunnyhurst Wood, Darwen. It was really enjoyable for all.
There used to be holidays at home' in the 50s after the war.
There were fairy lights in trees and dancing around the band stand. Why not make all kinds of different events happen there?
It's a beautiful setting. Please consider this appeal for the future.
