THE destruction of Victorian buildings is what makes Accrington so much better than Blackburn.
Not to convert the Infirmary is another shot in the foot by a council which has no feeling for buildings of a quality we cannot afford to build today. Blackburn's heritage is being destroyed by councillors who simply don't care.
The citizens of Blackburn should be on their feet and in the face of the council to stop the rot.
