MYSELF and colleagues totally agree with the letter written by E Eastham about the council-owned shop closure.
Surely the council has it in its power to make this shop safe for future trading. Shouldn't it have been done before now?
The many charity workers involved have enjoyed the work for the various charities of their choice and the shop was well supervised and kept clean at all times.
The council have more to gain by sorting out this problem and making lots of people happy.
