"Don't call me Sir, call me Jim."
"If we treat them as adults they will behave like adults."
You see, some of us remember the introduction of modern methods' at the insistence of a profession now reaping a bitter harvest.
Ask not for whom the (school) bell tolls, it tolls for thee or more accurately for your successors, retired teacher, and for the rest of us. You teach them their rights and nothing about respect and responsibilities.
The council? No, Sir/Miss, look closer to home.
D PRATT (Mr), Plantation Street, Accrington.
