ON Sunday, Cath Woods, of Blackburn, QEGS teacher, wife, mother, long-time fundraiser for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and my friend, is taking part in the London Marathon.
Cath says she's crazy. She says it's a huge challenge 10 years after her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, but this is how she wants to celebrate being alive and raising money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Many of your readers will know Cath - teachers at QEGS, parents of her pupils and all her friends will sponsor her in this magnificent test of endurance.
