I WONDER if any Telegraph readers could enlighten me on the strategy of the Post Office in Blackburn.
First of all the Post Office closes branch offices all over the town, forcing hundreds of people, lots of them elderly and/or disabled, to make the journey into town to use the Ainsworth Street office. Then they sell off that one as well.
It seems disgraceful to me that the main post office in a town the size of Blackburn should be run by a company with such an obvious lack of experience in the field.
But at the end of the day it's the Royal Mail that has really let the Blackburn public down.
