I AM glad to see the police taking fraudulent insurance claims in relation to car accidents seriously.
An example of this is an adult caution: This of course is very frightening to those prepared to go to the trouble of setting up accidents and claiming for non-existent injuries on non-existent passengers.
There was mention of a large bill, which of course will be paid to the last penny. The penalty for this act should be prison.
The result of an adult caution leaves those people free to do it all again on some other poor unsuspecting driver, who will pay a second time when his insurance will go up.
