RE, Blackburn MP Jack Straw backs judge’s call to ban Muslim veil when giving evidence in court
I know many Muslim families, some of whom do actually don the veil outdoors. In my discussions with them it is apparent that they acknowledge having to remove the veil in certain circumstances eg airport security etc. I’ve found most of these people do co-operate when asked to do so.
