A LONG time ago the NHS was created.

The service was the envy of most of the world because it gave support and care to us all at that time finance, and the general overall structure of the scheme was equal to demand made on it.

But the population has now at the least doubled in number, and the demand for all our services has made the existing scheme to a point of collapse.

The answer is not more hospitals, as these have to be staffed by mainly foreign workers, and the language and training is an impossible barrier to overcomes.

Perhaps the problem could be sorted by a visit to countries, such as America, France etc.

They seem to be able to cope with no crisis or breakdown of their services.

The new intake of immigrants will be able to support themselves, and be no strain on our NHS or services as they will not be eligible for the same, but that still leaves us with the problem of over population and ever increasing with children.

Somewhere along the line of sections of people needing the NHS and social security support, there will have to be some priority given to those that are in much need of same the staff of our NHS cannot be asked to perform miracles, they are already over-stretched with the work and they are only human after all.
