RE police riding round on high-powered motor cross bikes to catch youngsters on mini-motos.
Is this what we pay our council tax for?
To have police enjoying themselves at our expense?
Kids on the pavement with skateboards are a bigger danger.
Why not buy the police faster skateboards to catch them?
