Re: New 'Blood in Pee' health campaign launched in Blackburn.
Every week there seems to be a new health initiative launched. Usually they say if you have blah blah blah, go to see your doctor immediately. Fine, but it sometimes takes more than a week to get an appointment under normal circumstances. How will they be able to cope with all the extra demands created by these schemes?
