RE: Future of Burnley market under review.
The biggest thing here is to reduce the amount it costs to rent a plot. I used to know a former stall holder and 15 years ago she was complaining about the cost of rent on her business, let alone today. If they want to sort out the occupancy, they need to give businesses a plot free for the first year and then after that they pay a percentage per year from their income.
