RE ‘Burnley councillors facing allowance cut’ (Evening Telegraph, October 21).
Why not cut the number of councillors?
Lancashire County Council controls 90 per cent of the spending, yet we only have one county councillor for every three wards, but when it come to Burnley council we have three councillors for every ward. Why is this?
