People are sick and tired of seeing their money squandered on people who don’t feel any responsibility for their own lives; people who get free houses, free services and a nice cheque every couple of weeks without any intention of changing their lifestyle – why should they?
Bedroom tax – if you want a spare room, pay for it. Why should other people be subsidising someone’s spare room when there are people needing family homes?
It’s selfish but if you aren’t paying for it, who cares?
When people start paying for services, they start to understand that things aren’t free.
