CONGRATULATIONS to Chorley Council for listening to public opinion. First the famous Flat Iron Market is to stay.
And the 100-year-old Brinscall baths is being renovated instead of being demolished as originally planned.
Apparently 1,000 people a week use the pool.
A big thank you also to the people who signed the petitions.
If only Blackburn with Darwen Council would listen to the people of Darwen in the same way.
