A planning application has been submitted for 84 apartments and 24 houses in Buckshaw Village.
Eden Park Developments plan to build on land south of Buckshaw Avenue.
The development includes the building of a village square and retail units.
The application will be considered on January 13 by Chorley Council’s development control committee.
