POLICE are hunting a man after a woman reported being sexually assaulted on a train.
The incident happened around 11.40am on Thursday, November 28, on a service running between Manchester and Chorley, which stops at Bolton, Lostock, Horwich and Blackrod.
The woman said she was repeatedly and inappropriately touched by a man.
Now, the British Transport Police (BTP) have circulated images of a person they would like to speak to.
The man in question was wearing a green coat and jeans and is believed to have left the train at Chorley Station.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40.
