Police have launched an urgent appeal for a missing disabled woman.
Sandra Satterthwaite, 57, from Wigan, left a relative’s address on Harperley, Chorley, in the early hours of Monday October 22.
She has not been in touch with her family since.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Her leaving and not making contact with her family is very out of character.
"She is also a double amputee and needs medication which we don’t think she has on her, so it’s important that we find her as soon as possible."
Police described Miss Satterthwaite as white, with shoulder length brown hair.
She is believed to use a purple coloured wheelchair with a tiger print on the seat.
The spokesperson said: "Sandra, if you see this appeal, please make contact with us or your family and let us know you are okay."
If anyone has seen her or knows where she is, please call Chorley police as soon as possible on 01257 246343.
