In addition Forbes’ Partner Adam Bromley is Board Member and Charity Trustee of the Youth Zone.

Chief Executive of Forbes Solicitors, Gavin Wright, said: “Forbes is delighted to continue our sponsorship of the Youth Zone. It is a fantastic charity providing outstanding opportunities for the young people in the town.”

Peter Little, Chief Executive of Blackburn Youth Zone said: “Forbes have been generous supporters right from the very start and have been with us every step of the way. We are particularly pleased that they have chosen to remain Patrons for another three years as they are clearly a company that genuinely cares about their community. I’d like to thank the whole team at Forbes for their deep support and look forward to building on our successful partnership in the coming years.”

In addition to their patronage Forbes have gone the extra mile for the centre through a variety of projects including an attempt to break the world record for the longest ever five-a-side match, staff fundraising days and sponsorship of the Blackburn Beer Festival of which the Youth Zone is a beneficiary.

Forbes is one of 40 local businesses who support the Youth Zone through the Patron programme. The money donated by Forbes will be used to continue providing first class sports and arts activities for every young person in the area at just 50p per visit.
