Lancashire law firm Napthens has expanded its HR support team with the appointment of Laura Holland and Nicola Whittle.
The pair join director of HR, Kay Jackson-Leigh in supporting Napthens’ 220 partners and staff.
Laura, of Buckshaw Village near Chorley, joins the team from Manchester-based Peninsula Business Services, where she worked as senior employment law advisor. At Napthens she will work as an HR executive tasked with offering support for services including employee benefits and recruitment.
Nicola, of Preston, joins as an HR administrator from the rail division of Southport engineering support services business Babcock International, where she worked as an HR assistant. Her role at Napthens will involve a focus on supporting staff training and development.
Kay Jackson-Leigh said: “At Napthens we are committed to recruiting the best people and supporting and developing our staff and partners in their day to day roles.
“The HR team works hard to ensure that everyone in the firm has the support they need. This in turn helps to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service for our clients.
“Laura and Nicola will play an important role in the operation of the firm and ensuring Napthens is a great place to work.”
