TWO new tenants have been signed up to a business park.
O’Neill Engineering and Karoo Equine, which sells horse supplements and feeds, are the latest businesses at New Hall Hey in Rawtenstall.
Karoo Equine Marc Karoo said: “I couldn’t find a better location for my business. It’s near all the necessary links I need to transport my product.
“I needed a good space which was secure and easy to get to. Hurstwood were very accommodating and we managed to move in pretty quickly.”
Jim O’Neill, from O’Neill Engineering, said: “New Hall Hey is the perfect place to set up my business - I only live five minutes away.
“You can’t beat the location. The park is right on the motorway meaning I can get to anywhere I need to go easily.”
New Hall Hey was built and managed by Hurstwood, the Bolton-based property group formerly based in Rossendale.
Sales director Mark Carling said: “New Hall Hey never fails to impress businesses with its location and different accommodation options available.
“We are really pleased to have secured these deals. We are a local company so it’s great to bring new business to the Rossendale Valley.”
