BLACKBURN Youth Zone is counting down to its sponsored trek to Darwen Tower.
The Twilight Trek on August 17 will see participants walk up to the tower to raise cash for the zone.
Starting at 8pm from Bold Venture Park, the route will be illuminated by bright lights and there will be music and performances by zone members plus other surprises.
Family packages start from £15, with over-18s £10 and under-18s £5.
Each participant over 18 will be asked to raise as much as they can in sponsorship, with prizes awarded for the most money raised.
