Fire bosses have hit out at youths after several wheelie bins were set alight.
Crews were called to two incidents in Pearl Street, Blackburn, at 8pm, and 10pm, on Saturday, and a similar fire in Roe Lee Park at 9pm.
John Leach, crew manager at Blackburn Fire Station, said: "When we are dealing with these ridiculous fires we could be needed to attend much more serious incidents."
