A MAN who stole three bottles of wine from a shop in Nelson has been jailed for a week.
Nicholas Dalton, 39, of Comrie Crescent, Burnley, appeared before Burnley magistrates charged with the offence on July 20.
He admitted taking the wine worth £11.97 from Home Bargains when he appeared in court.
