FAMILIES enjoyed a walk on the wild side at Samlesbury Hall.
The historic house played host to the annual Wild Lancashire Day, which takes place on the last Sunday of July every year. The busy day included courtyard food and craft stalls, live music, dog displays, storytelling and magic.
Angela Hunt-McDonagh, weddings and events manager at Samlesbury Hall, said: “Weather aside, it went very well.
“Everybody loved the birds of prey and the owl displays and the kids loved the Punch and Judy.”
